We pride ourselves in offering beautifully presented chocolates with flavor and quality being our top priority. Therefore certain shipping requirements have been made to provide you with the same quality product arriving at your destination as would be the case had the product been received out of our kitchen. 

To ensure of this quality, we use insulated shipping boxes and gel packs during the warmer months. As well as FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day air being the only options available for shipping. 

Overnight Shipments are sent Monday-Thursday, with a cutoff at 11AM (PST). 

2nd Day Air Shipments are sent Monday-Wednesday, with a cutoff at 11AM (PST). 

This is to ensure your package will not be stuck at a warehouse over the course of a weekend. 

Puur will not ship packages to a PO Box, and we suggest having someone present to receive. 

If You are located in the Western Region (CA, NV,AZ,OR,WA) we will ship via ground, and refund the difference in shipping. 


Disclaimer: Puur Chocolat is not responsible for heat damage, theft, or any other damage to packages caused by shipper, or caused by packages being delivered to an unoccupied address in which the resident is not present upon delivery and package is left outside. Puur is also not responsible for shipping delays caused by FedEx due to circumstances beyond our control.  

*Refunds. We do not accept refunds for items that have shipped. If you wish to cancel an order prior to the item shipping, please be aware that we will refund the full amount minus the merchant transaction fee.
